GoogleI couldn’t thank whitegates more for making the sale of our house go as smoothly as possible. I dealt with Georgina, Nat and Nicola and can’t say enough nice things about them. They kept us in the loop right throughout and always informed us about any changes quickly and efficiently. GoogleWe used Whitegates in Woolton to sell our house in Mossley Hill (off Dovedale Rd) and from the first meeting they were brilliant. We went to a few 'closer' estate agents but we felt Whitegates offered the best service and Natalie was great to deal with. The listing was brilliant and the photographer was very good. We got offers almost immediately and dealt mainly with Stacey, who was great, but unfortunately the first sale fell through (bloomin interest rates). We eventually relisted once interest rates settled down and they found another purchaser almost immediately. They kept us updated all through the process and they even helped us with our next purchase, despite it being via a different agent. We are in the new home now and we can't thank them enough! Thank you very much.

Lucy Kelly was the estate agent dealing with the sale of a property we bought. Lucy was an excellent communicator throughout and did everything so efficient. If I was buying a property again I would only use Lucy for her professionalism and caring nature. If you want something doing then Lucy is your go-to person.

GoogleRude and dismissive staff, I dealt with Naomi who shown me the property and was ignored for 10 minutes as another viewing was still in progress. I have viewed many properties over the last few months and never experienced this treatment anywhere else. Incompetent service, not able to get through to anyone on the phone without being redirected to the call centre and emails unanswered. I second the review which questions the integrity of this company. I also wonder if everything is above board with this company and if anyone can recommend a governing body for estate agents as something definitely isn’t right here.

GoogleI can't recommend Whitegates enough. They are really efficient, professional and amazing to deal with. They helped the whole process and thanks to Paige's hard work the sale process completed. They were the least stressful part of the process and most supportive. If you want to sell your house then use Whitegates, they are more than worth their money and weren't expensive. I was made up with them.

GoogleWe used three estate agents in Woolton village Nicola our valuer immediately struck us as someone we could count on on. And this proved to be the case, she advised us on all matters as we didn’t have a clue, put us in touch with solicitors ( simply conveyencing) , then handed over to Paige, who guided us through the whole process until completion. GoogleMy husband and I went to view a house and was met by the wonderful Mandy. We had lots of questions and she had all the answers, she was obviously very knowledgable about the house and the area. Mandy will be by first point of contact whenever I need anything further. Her enthusiasm and friendliness was so wonderful, this process is overwhelming at times but she made us feel so welcoming and calm. Highly recommend Whitegates and obviously the lovely Mandy.

Georgina was my "go to" lady when I was selling my house (completed 24 March 2023) She was great! She was pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. (The other ladies in the office were great too!) Georgina was just the right mixture of sympathetic and businesslike. (That is, she was "oh dear, tell me all about it" AND "right, let's do this"!) It didn't hurt that she was really quick in both replying to my e-mails and passing on important information from the buyer etc., too.
