We are property professionals with many years of experience and whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients. In a recent complicated property purchase, I found Breckon & Breckon to be hard working, approachable and to have a comprehensive understanding of the legal and conveyancing difficulties involved in this particular transaction. This enabled essential channels of communication to be maintained between all parties involved which in turn, culminated in a satisfactory outcome for all concerned. Without their expert knowledge this purchase would not have been completed.

Our experience of selling a home through B&B was excellent. We invited a number of agents to speak to us before we put the house on the market. Robert immediately stood out as someone with lots of experience and knowledge of the market in the local area. The staff at Breckon & Breckon are professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone selling/purchasing a property in and around Woodstock. The flat sold for asking price very quickly, however delays with probate and lease extension queries, during lockdown extended the time the sale took to complete - 10 months. Contact during this time between the estate agent and myself, the sellers and the estate agent were as expected and i felt the team had a genuine interest in the 'story' around the sale of the property.
