Not like some other estate agents: in a good way!

We found Breckon & Breckon in Woodstock great to deal with. Negotiations were handled professionally and quickly. As a buyer we appreciated not being hassled unnecessarily. Most helpful and knowledgable

A lot of agents I have encountered are not particularly knowledgable about the properties they sell or the legal frameworks and market conditions. My experience with the team at Breckon&Breckon Woodstock and with Rob in particular, was a pleasant deviation from that unfortunate norm. Best esatate agent experience I've had!

As a first time buyer I wasn't sure what I should really be doing when purchasing a property but Breckon & Breckon made the whole experience much easier than I imagined from start to finish. I had looked at a number of properties with other estate agents and felt quite harassed by the experience which isn't what I wanted for such a monumentous (in my opinion) event. As soon as I showed an interest in my current flat Breckon & Breckon were helpful, polite and didn't bully me in to making rash decisions or make me feel uncomfortable.
