View AgentsAn excellent adviser with excellent advice from a wholly trustworthy firm.
Few people seem to regard Estate Agents very highly, however very much to my surprise I can not praise Suzanne Web highly enough ( Breckon & Breckon Lettings Woodstock office). From start to occupancy Suzanne guided me expertly answering every question rapidly, completely and kept up with my progress toward the letting of my home. At a stage when I was very close to being able to let I had to put everything on hold and Suzanne just said, let me know when you are ready. When I was ready a very pleasant couple were introduced who moved in as and when stated, it seems they are as happy with my home as I am.
I thank Suzanne and any other staff I have been in touch with. throughout this letting and wish you all a happy Christmas and prosperous New Year.

View AgentsExcellent service!
My wife and I have nothing but praise for the work of Robert Coules in selling our much-loved house. We had been struggling for several months, over a long summer, with another agent when Robert came along. He promised that if we had a pause, and then readvertised in the autumn, he would find us interested buyers within a very few weeks. His promise proved very well justified. The fact that the price we secured was a good bit less than we had hoped for was, we believe, a reflection of the state of the market rather thsn of Rob's skills

View AgentsHighly recommended, friendly and professional agents
Our vendors used Breckon & Breckon and we're so pleased they did. Having viewed dozens of properties across the whole of Oxford and surrounding areas, we experienced the gamut of local agents. Breckon & Breckon stood out as professional, punctual, friendly agents who genuinely seemed like they had both ours and their vendors best interests at heart. Heather in particular has been especially helpful throughout the purchasing process, being on top of solicitors and liaising between us all effortlessly. We would not hesitate to use Breckon & Breckon for our own sale when it comes to moving on and will recommend them to everyone we know.

View AgentsPleasure to deal with!
We recently had to re-market our property due to a tenant suddenly leaving early. This could have proved extremely difficult for us, but Suzanne took charge, remarketed, and found us a tenant very quickly.
She was always very helpful and informative, and keen to make things run smoothly for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Breckons and Suzanne.

Purchasing a property that was listed with Breckon & Breckon was an easy process and they were friendly and helpful throughout, always willing to let you into the property for surveys or builders' quotes or whatever else.
