The Letting Manager was extremely rude and brief whenever we enquired about properties as prospective tenants, and at times not getting back to me at all. There is absolutely no need for such an attitude and tone, especially considering everyone else I spoke to at the company was professional and polite. Not like some other estate agents: in a good way!

We found Breckon & Breckon in Woodstock great to deal with. Negotiations were handled professionally and quickly. As a buyer we appreciated not being hassled unnecessarily. They quickly identified that we knew the process and stepped back accordingly, however were readily available to us when we did have a query. Most importantly, we bought and so I assume the seller was happy too! If I was selling I would recommend them.

Awful. Phone was never answered, messages never returned. Very reluctant to do viewings, even told me they don't do viewings after 4pm on a Saturday. No follow ups from them no contact at all. Currently buying a house through someone else. This agent has been first class. I will never recommend Breckon and Breckon Woodstock to sell a property.

Exceptional service in sale, purchase and rental

We initially enlisted the services of Breckon and Breckon for the sale of our house. The marketing process was straightforward and their agent, Robert, was able to obtain two asking-price offers in less than two weeks. We were also interested in buying one of the properties for sale through them, and again Robert went the extra mile to provide repeated viewings and facilitate what was quite a complicated purchase. As this property required renovation, we also needed a short term rental that would accept our pet dog, and Suzanne and her team were able to help us find a suitable property just around the corner at short notice! Moving house can be a very stressful experience, so we are extremely grateful to Robert and the rest of the Breckon and Breckon team whose exceptional service meant this whole convoluted process was as painless as possible.

Most helpful and knowledgable

A lot of agents I have encountered are not particularly knowledgable about the properties they sell or the legal frameworks and market conditions. My experience with the team at Breckon&Breckon Woodstock and with Rob in particular, was a pleasant deviation from that unfortunate norm. Beyond the usual friendliness, timeliness and promptness one expects from a professional agent, Rob exceeded my usual expectations in his knowledgeability about the details of the property. His comments were extremely helpful in gauging the situation and facilitating a purchase both over the course the initial negotiations and during a viewing to help shedding light on some initial concerns of mine. He was also most helpful and seemed very trustworthy, providing good suggestions that helped mediating between the vendors and myself to reach a deal both sides could have been happy with. Robert Coules excellent performance in selling my house in Woodstock

Robert was tireless and businesslike from the very first contact. He put forward strong arguments for the selling price. He quickly found a number of clients who were suitable buyers. We achieved a price in our target range with a very good buyer who was very straightforward. He looked after the property while the deal was going on and arranged maintenance. He looked after the surveyor who was working for my insurance company. When the buyers solicitor was disinclined to hurry things along, Robert encouraged him to do so. He involved himself completely in our deal and I think that the result was good for both the buyer and the seller. All deals should be done that way. One day in the future I will be looking for another house in Woodstock and I hope that Robert will be there to find it for me.
