I have been going through my first flat purchase for the past 11 months and the support from Jenny @ Connells has been second to none, I could not recommend her highly enough. During the process I faced many hurdles due to the nature of the property being a new build and associated delays causing issues with the lender. As a result Jenny went over and above to try and secure me the best deal possible, under difficult circumstances, and achieving a result I had not thought possible. In addition Jenny was great to deal with, always friendly and positive offering me great advice over the span of almost a year, always coming back to my messages swiftly. This has been a massive help to me at this stressful time and I cannot thank her enough.

My property had a firm unconditional offer, and it took months to complete the sale. Looks like that office got bigger and bigger, and hence, a customer would end up being bounced between multiple people. HOWEVER, I’d like to acknowledge a few people there that I felt did an exceptional job with me: 1- Kimberley Burns: Came within one day of calling. Came very prepared with all paperwork. Measured the whole house, and answered all my questions in a short one hour visit. 2- Emma Vickers: She got my file in the last few weeks of the sale. She was VERY courteous, prompt and pleasant, and she always made sure to tie up all the loose ends. I wish she had my file from the very beginning, and I’m sure that would have cut the sale time in half, at least. GREAT JOB EMMA. 3- Jackie Witton: Also helped in the last few days before completion, and helped in those few days when Emma was away. Very prompt, nice, and efficient. Thanks a lot Jackie

Have used Connells to purchase a number of properties and have found Rachael Skipper to be a very professional and highly competent individual. Rachael was there at every step advising on the Do’s and Dont’s, Management and Insurance (anything I could think of basically - Sorry!) even out of her working hours, she would take time out of her personal life to answer any questions that arose. Would not go anywhere else. Strongly recommend. Intend to use again in the near future.

My mum sold her house in Wolverhampton recently using Connells, lee Cooke claimed they could get more money than some of the other estate agents thought. My mum liked him so she gave him the job of selling the house, and it was sold for his higher suggested asking price within one week. With this in mind I asked Lee to sell my house in Westacre Crescent, Wolverhampton recently and it was sold subject to contract within the first few days, his Lieutenant Emma has been brilliant from that day to the close of sale. I dealt with Jackie in the sale of my property and she was amazing, chasing at each stage for me. The only person I had faith in during the sale. I could not praise her enough. The only negative about my sale was the solicitors that are instructed by Connells, their service wasn't up to standards, and I had to chase constantly, because they delayed the sale by 7 weeks. Begun An enquiry with one member of staff who informed me and my partner on the set rent and initial costs, which suddenly changed when the application started which we then decided to cancel due to ridiculous fees and lack of flexibility. Payment was taken for referencing which hadn't begun, I've requested a refund and have been waiting for almost 4 weeks now. I've spoken to the staff who have informed me that their accounts department hadn't actually received a request for refund despite me contacting them 6 times over the past 4 weeks. I've been informed it will take another 10 days. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable standards for working professionals.

Connels was the estate agents that I bought my property from and I received an amazing service from them despite them not being the agent I was paying for a service. In particular Jackie Witton who called me on a daily basis to update me on the progress of all aspects of my house move. She was through, helpful and appreciated the stress that the home move was causing for me, my partner and our young family (two children under two). I do not have enough words to praise Jackie however if the rest of the team are even half as helpful and supportive as she was you'll be in fantastic hands. Average. Didn't feel they do the best for their customers. Failed to pass on offers and communication very poor. While I understand the need for discretion when discussing properties, not giving an indication about where offers need to be pitched isn't helpful when in a position that purchase. Also doesn't help that no email addresses are shown on website which means everything is done by phone where it's much easier to be misunderstood or have information on lost. Overall, could do much better.

Connells Wolverhampton sold our property within a matter of weeks for the price that we asked for. We always had feedback and they were very accommodating when we suggested we do an open day. Once the sale was agreed we were kept updated by Jackie, the sales progressor. Jackie was exceptional in everything she did and did a fantastic job of getting the sale through to exchange of contracts. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my own house sale.
