GoogleConnells Wolverhampton we’re fantastic through my house sale. Having previously tried with another estate agent I went to Connells when I was really struggling with my house sale. The ladies there were fantastic. Charlotte, Emma and Jackie had a million emails from me all the time stressing her were always brilliant to reply and sort out the sale. I can’t thank them enough.

Lightning fast response to queries and a deft ability at getting information out of none responsive solicitors! Jackie has also been a calming influence during a stressful time. GoogleI wish I could give them no star at all. Be very cautious when dealing with them. They are very quick to collect money but very slow to deliver services. Before you pay them the deposit on a property, make sure it’s rubbish free. My mortgage I got from them had its shed full of rubbish and it recycle bins filled with non-recyclables. I’m now struggling to get rid of them as the bin collectors will not take them.

GoogleNot a great customer experience and was only talking to them for a week. Spoken to quite rudely on the phone so gave this estate agents up after just 2 viewings. Better estate agents out there who will provide good customer service whether you're selling or buying.

She was professional and hardworking yes, but more importantly she went the extra mile. It was her human touch that made the difference, always responding to our emails and being available to talk to us when we needed reassurance .

GoogleI wanted to view a property. I called first time I called them to book a view for today at 11.15. I waited for message of confirmation from Layana but didn’t get any. I called them a couple of days after and she said to me she would have sent it. She didn’t get in touch with me then I had to call them yesterday and a man confirmed the view for today at 11.30. I went to the property this morning and no one was there. I tried to call them but no one answered me. A waste of my time and money. Worst service ever, shame on them.
