GoogleThe sales process was very disappointing and unfortunately I wouldn't use Connells again, they weren't the property experts/sales animals they said they were. On the bright side post sale Jackie Witton was amazing a diamond in the rough, so helpful pulling out all the stops to ensure the sale went through quickly and kept me more up to date than my solicitor!

GoogleCan't add a lot to this review got in touch with them to enquire on their fees for selling a property. I was told that the person who deals with this query wasn't available and they would be in touch the following day. But they never got back to me and so I put the property up for sale with another estate agent

GoogleProbably the best experience I had with a real-estate agency in 5 years of living in this country. I was assisted by Jaime Duffy who not only took extra hours on a Thursday evening to help me have everything filled in for the next day, she followed-up with us throughout the process to ensure every step is completed accordingly. I really can't ask for anymore than what has been done so far. Not to mention that they even try and help you save on the deposit even if you're willing to put down more to secure the rental property. I was already in talks with another agency, where I was promised a "brand new house in a great area" and got an almost-falling-to-the-ground house in a not-so-safe-area of Wolverhampton, rather known for stabbings and financial fraud. Upon finding out I called Connells and explained my circumstances, and they were able to help me find a more than decent apartment that has its own parking spot, and also happens to be in one of the city's best areas. I would always recommend them, especially for the quality of their service, as they put the customers first. Update, September 7, 2022 I am writing this update as I am close to ending my tenancy and I must say that nothing changed. I was really lucky to find them and have access to their entire suite of services. Kudos to their entire team for raising the standards and ensuring that no one feels scammed. As a side note, I rented another property last week through one of their main competitors who were a huge disappointment, even though they claim to have been in the business for over 100 years. It is of outmost importance to view a property before signing, yet I didn't with Connells and I really thought I would find the same level of service as with their competitor. I shall leave a review for the competitor once they sort out the shameful situation in which we had to find ourselves. In the meantime, we can only do our best to help companies like Connells lead by example and cherish their hard work and devotement.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAbsolute disgraceful communication and lies to get you to pay and reserve a property. With misselling of property imformation, sending tenants other tenants private financial data, rejecting applicants due to their nationality, asking for higher rent pcm whilst stating white goods are included then informing landlord that tenants do not need white goods.... Also signing signatures on other peoples behalf, all of which is the start of a disgraceful service from Connells.
