Her communication and knowledge was excellent, as first time landlords she made the process flow easily, explaining what needed to be done every step of the way. GoogleConnells only help faster if you use there mortgage broker, otherwise they will waste your time , even you have better interest deals from your own bank , they won’t forward your offer to seller, they convince you to use there broker and fees charge you £500 plus £100 extra house fees something then your offer will accept , they wasted my 2-3 months and told my application is declined, then I went back to my bank for mortgage, finally I got my house keys after 4-5 months , by the time interest rate gone up, because of Connels

GoogleHave been trying to rent in the area, and Connells arranged a 9am viewing. I do not live local and had to travel beforehand and stay with friends. It was on the day of the viewing, and as I'm traveling to the viewing less than 30 minutes before, they call me to say they have to cancel the viewing as "they don't have access to the property". How do you only realise 30 minutes before a viewing you don't have the keys?

GoogleIf I could leave 0 stars I would. Initial set up with letting out my property was good. Everything after that has been diabolical. Over 3 months since the tenants moved out owing us over £900 in rent and having left the house in an appalling state we are still no further forward in receiving the deposit to cover some of our costs. Connells are useless. They have repeatedly made mistakes throughout "managing" the property and even now when it is clear that we are owed the money they don't know what they are doing. Complete lack of knowledge, communication and guidance. Absolutely avoid Connells! Cannot say this strongly enough DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

GoogleReally slow customer service. I had to contact them several times for the same issue and the problem is still not resolved. Waiting for reply on emails with days. Especially the Wolverhampton branch is super slow…

GoogleAVOID !!!The most misleading agent with unprofessional staff, they instead of helping customers they just trying to rip you off. either in their funny stile auction I AM SOLD- AVOID!!!
