GoogleWas absolutely impressed with the service I received from connells estate agent. From valuation of my home, right up to completion, every stage went seamlessly well. Whenever I had any question needing answering, there was always support on the other line. Excellent service provided by Emma Vickers in particular, who was a consumate professional who always kept me in the loop, coupled with just being a lovely person to chat with.

GoogleUsed Connells on a few occasions to sell a couple of houses & buy too. From the initial valuation by Lee Cooke which was honest, thorough & genuine, giving tips on how best to stage rooms for photo's was excellent also. The office team kept us informed both as a buyer&seller with regular updates on where the sale/purchase was, chasing solicitors on our behalf kept any stress levels to a minimum.

GoogleI recently have brought a flat through Connells Wolverhampton and had the pleasure of dealing with Kennedy during the process. She helped with everything from arranging my viewing (which I managed to see the same day that I saw on it on rightmove) to accepting my offer and liaising with me through the buying process. She has been more than helpful and talked me through everything (more than once) and even advised me based on her own experiences buying a house. Kennedy has made the whole experience easier and supported me throughout. I also have had meetings with Joe Lambeth who was so knowledgable and able to explain to me in simple terms everything that I needed to know to make the best steps moving forward. Both are an asset to Connells and I am truly grateful for their help and assistance.

GoogleUsed Connells for my first House purchase. They were really helpful in helping me understand the processes, although I could have gotten better deals if I did everything myself I believe (that would be my advice to first-time house buyers). However, the team were helpful, particularly once everything was set up and it was time to deal with the solicitors. Jackie in particular was always on hand with advice, acting as a go-between with myself and seller, and chasing the solicitors up when they went quiet (it was extra busy during the stamp duty rush) and was a highlight of my Connells experience
