Buying your first home is daunting but they made this transition quite easy and kept him informed every step of the way, from arranging his mortgage to collecting the keys. GoogleWorked hard to keep things moving during quite one difficult property sale. Let down by buyers not always telling the truth and putting them in some difficult positions. This isn't helpful and ends up causing more problems however, Connells were professional, considerate and thoughtful throughout. Massive thanks to Jackie for her hard work and to Lee and his team for successfully managing 2 properties on my behalf.

GoogleDidn't find them interested after they got there money. The replies to my emails didn't answer my question or help me just made excuses. Never dealt with any of the issues I made them aware of. Didn't respond or took days to respond didn't deal with any of the situations in the end I give up the property and hand it back the keys. They had me paying rent and council tax from October to April even though i never spent a night in the property. The property was unlivabl because the work that was supposed to be done before I moved in never even started. so i never even got to move into the property but they still charge me rent and council tax. They have also sent me water bill even though I never moved in the bill is from them doing work on the property that never got finished and made more problems with damp mould. Horrible experience never use them again wouldn't recommend just caused me nothing but stress money for nothing. If i could post pictures you would be disgusted.

GoogleOur experience of buying our first house was somewhat arduous - however none of this was to do with the wonderful, wonderful people at connells and their continued support throughout the process. We were lucky enough to have Jackie and Jenny look after us - Jenny going as far as coming in on her day off to send things through. Both Jackie and Jenny have been nothing but helpful, supportive (we literally had no prior knowledge) and patient throughout the process - even when Iβm certain they wanted to rip our heads off for the amount of work we made them. They are both appproahable, contactable at all times via phone and email, and have both been gracious enough to take time out of their day to come and talk to us if weβve popped in unannounced. We cannot thank these two wonderful people enough and can 100% recommend their services when looking to buy a home. Jackie and Jenny, thank you both so very much. Scott and Tracy Humphries.
