GoogleI worked with Charlotte, Iayana and Aisha for a house letting. All three were quite supportive and try to solve any problem I raised. Most of the time I can reach them via phone and they cover each other and continue following up the topic. After let agreed, I received Tili account to support to transfer the House utilities registration. Unfortunately, Tili does not cover all utilities such as heating gas registration. I have to contact with landlord for further information. So it can be supported by Connells additionally.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleJackie, the sales progression manager was BRILLIANT. She would answer all calls and emails almost straight away. Due to my job, she would always email and call if she couldn’t get hold of me. She made dealing with the solicitors easier and equipped me with the knowledge I needed. Thank you for making the house buying stress easier!

GoogleI instructed Connells to let my property in Wolverhampton as the previous agent managed to mess everything up. I initially spoke with Aisha Hussain in the lettings department and we arranged a meet at the property. Aisha attended my property and we went through everything, Aisha was clearly very competent and I was impressed with her knowledge of the local lettings market. We were completing works on the property and Aisha took some photos for the online marketing. The property was let in 2 days to a nice local couple. Aisha handled everything and achieved a rent higher than I was expecting. In all I was very impressed with Aisha and the wider Connells team and would have no hesitation in instructing Connells (in particular Aisha) for any other properties I may have available. Well done!

GoogleI have used Connells in Wolverhampton numerous times now, and have always been extremely happy with not only the service, but also the professional way the staff deal with the sale from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and would like to also say a big thank you to Charlotte in particular. Charlotte is a lovely person, and very skilled at her job and always seems to achieve a quick sale for me. Jackie in the admin is also a real star!!

GoogleBrilliant service, from start to finish. Connells were so helpful and extremely professional throughout the whole process. Thanks to Leon who came out to do the valuation and sign us up, to the sales team who worked so hard booking in our viewings and dealing with offers, Kim who dealt with our sale, and Emma for her support in progressing the sale. Throughout the whole process the team were amazing, they kept us informed and we always had one point of contact dealing with the stage we were at in the sale. They took the stress out of moving, and were always accommodating to any requests made. Certainly recommend Connells to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleAs first time buyers Connells were professional & very helpful. They were in conintual contact and helped with all details big and small. Charlotte initially advised a property to us which we loved and was really helpful from start to finish. We was introduced to Jenny on the mortgage side, she was really helpful and took time to get to know us, she got us a really good deal for our first mortgage and like Charlotte was really quick to reply with any queries we had. Only good things to say about the whole experience. Would highly recommend.
