GoogleAfter searching unsuccessfully for three months for a rental property due to the high demand I enquired with Jaime Duffy at Connells regarding one I had seen that had just been listed. Within half an hour I had been given a virtual tour, within two hours the landlord had accepted my offer and I had all my paperwork to sign. The references were completed quickly by midday the next day and within 24 hours the deal was done. Jaime made everything so relaxed and easy and always kept me up to date (and calm) and was always on the phone or e-mail at any point you needed anything. Credit to the Connells company and to lettings agents in general. I'd give 6 stars if it was allowed!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe had just sold with connells and made our purchase through them too. Our house sold really fast and had offers accepted within 7 days. With all the team at the Wolverhampton office helping us out , special thanks to Charlotte for helping us with the pre sale viewings and offers and helping us secure our new home by getting an essential early viewing. Also to Jackie and Emma for their help during the sale and purchase. We also used the mortgage section and got a pretty good deal with our new mortgage. Also used the recommended solicitors but as our buyers solicitors were a little funny not sure if there responses were that good and time efficient so only thing I would say to perhaps get a second opinion on. Googlewe view house price was.. 160000..and like it (.June..2022)and offer 170000..the price more than the asking price but they don’t let me to buy the house bcoz we haven’t take the mortgage from them so they have some commission…I call MR JAMES wenlock always excuses the seller is not responding sometime the seller is away and all..even my broker ring them and again excuses..sorry For review but this happen with us ..I waste my ..work wages fuel money and all..please do not do this with anyone it is stressful and heartbroken ..

GoogleI feel as if I have been really well looked after during a very stressful and emotional time, selling Mum and Dad's home and garden. Everyone from Lee who did the valuation, Clare, Charlotte, Emily, James in the office and Mark at the viewings have been lovely. I also need to make a special mention Of Emma Vickers. She has given me so much support and help when we were having major issues with Land Registry. She has always been so positive and has kept me informed every step of the way. I have nothing but positives to say about this company and the support given all through the process. Big thank you

GoogleMAR 2021. Positive: Professionalism Kelly & Jaime were very helpful in letting out my property in Wolverempton, despite the difficulties to be in lockdown and the fact I'm not in Wolve anymore. Kelly's professional friendly approach it shown that she’s passionate in what she does. Jaime is friendly, prompt, answers the phone reliably, and she goes beyond the minimum to provide a really useful range of advice and assistance. Thank you both for your time and support. Would highly recommend. ------------------------------------------------------ Feb 2020. I instructed Connells to let my property in Wolverhampton. An agent (Aisha Hussain) from the lettings department came to the property and we went through paperworks and requirements. Also, Aisha took some photos for the online marketing. The property was let in about 10 days to a nice local couple. Aisha handled everything and achieved a rent higher than I was expecting. In all honesty, I was impressed with the wider Connells team for their knowledge of the market and support to my needs. Well done! Highly recommend Connells team in Wolverhampton.

GoogleWe cannot thank Jenny Turner enough for all her hard work! We made the mistake of going to Trussle for our mortgage and we learnt the hard way! Our mortgage ended up falling through as the advisor at Trussle did not provide the correct information to the lender. We then contacted Jenny at Connells who jumped on it instantly and got our mortgage approved in 3 weeks! The case was built perfectly, we were not asked a single question or clarification from the lender. We would 100% recommended using Jenny. GoogleI’ve both sold my property (which sold in days) & buying a property through connells, they have been amazing I wouldn’t use anyone else if I come to sell again in the future. I specially want to thank our mortgage adviser Jenny who has literally been my rock throughout the whole process of getting our mortgage offer sorted, we couldn’t of done it without her & she was always reassuring me everyday that I was texting asking “any news yet” I couldn’t recommend her enough she made what we thought would be impossible possible. GoogleKelly at Connells is my dedicated letting manager for a number of my rentals. Having experienced a number of other managed services, I can’t quite believe just how excellent Kelly is. She has gone over and above in finding me tenants within a day of advertising. She has been super helpful, responds almost immediately when I need to ask something, even out of hours. This was then followed up by Kelly who has dealt with the rest of the process promptly and efficiently getting tenants moved in almost as soon as the property went on the market.
