GoogleMs Wiktoria Kubat offered a great sales service to my family from promptly giving property information to arranging the viewing of property. The whole viewing was wholeheartedly arranged. One of the sincere arrangement was settling a little dog of the vendor in order to comfort my little girl who was a bit scared by the dog. Overall speaking, Wiktoria has given us a very comfort viewing arrangement. Appreciated.

GoogleMy property had been on the market since October 2020. I was getting plenty of viewings but no offers. On Easter Saturday I opened the door to see Tim from Sears standing there. He introduced himself and asked for Sears to market my house. My husband did not see the point as it was on property websites and we still had people viewing. However, in June we decided we had nothing to lose. We gave it to Sears. Sears honoured what they said. It has been on the market for 4 weeks and we accepted an offer on Wednesday. From the first telephone communication with James Underwood in the Wokingham office and subsequent home visit from Oliver Hewitt it was apparent that customer service is an incredibly important value within the company. We had had our property on with another larger agency in Wokingham for over 6 months with limited viewings, poor communication and a general lack of interest in trying to sell our property. . We were referred to Sears who immediately got to know us, our property understood the kind of seller we required to buy a flat. It was clearly not a numbers game.
