GoogleCould not fault the service. Tim caught me just as I was giving up all hope and taking my property off the market after being with another agents for several months with barely a viewing. Within a month, property sold for near asking price to a well placed buyer after one viewing. Great at any time but in current market, outstanding.

His knowledge and experience was exceptional, and despite not instructing Sears (due to personal circumstances, out of our control) Sears has really impressed me with their follow ups and check in’s to see how we are getting on. I would definitely recommend!
