I had an incredible experience with Jan Stamp from Sears Property in Wokingham/Bracknell. After being unfairly treated by our former landlord, who took a substantial portion of our deposit and treated us poorly, Jan stepped in and truly made a difference. I had been shown a property, made an offer, and was confirmed the offer was agreed with by the landlord. They called me and took all personal details and said she would be in touch with more paperwork and payments to be made. whilst waiting for paperwork to be sent to me, she called to say that someone else has taken the property. Really unprofessionally spoken to me at most occasions and after giving me hope of a property then declined even though i was the first to make an offer when the property was not being taken for rent for a long time. I do not recommend working with this agent as they are unprofessional and do not complete work in a timely manner resulting in someone else taking the property. They have no integrity.

Then, from when we were ready it’s been full steam ahead. The photos and particulars were completed very quickly. Tim, Tom, Ryan and Lydia were all very professional and courteous, booking viewings promptly and enthusiastically showing people around our property.
