I have recently sold my Flat with Sears, with Lydia as my appointed sales and cannot fault a single thing about Sears and Lydia’s support. I was previously with another estate agent which were appalling and the change in service has been exceptional. Communication has been fantastic, quick, honest and informative. Within two weeks of having my flat on the market I had accepted an offer. I could not ask anymore from Lydia and her team and thank them for all their efforts.

Sears made the purchase of our house really easy and seamless. Tim and Ryan were very helpful at the initial viewing stage, with good communication. Gabriella has been fantastic the whole way through, keeping up updated at all times and replying to our questions very quickly. The only slight negative was that sometimes our viewings felt a bit rushed but overall a really good experience.
