GoogleGabriella Jones and myself have been working together on a sale sale of a property which seemed impossible to complete given the circumstances. She has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She was patient, super helpful and very friendly. This transaction was very stressful for all parties involved however, she was always positive and did not let stress take over. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you again Gabriella for your hard work and I am hoping to work with you in the future.
All the best,
Pat

GoogleI have been searching for a property in the Wokingham area. Sears Estate agency arranged viewings to several properties. Our point of contact was Paul Draper, who was constantly on the look out for properties which fitted our criteria. He is friendly and works hard for both the people selling and in our case the buyers. Checks in with us regularly to see if he can assist any more and have a chat as to where we are with our situation. We would fully recommend as a person to trust if buying or selling in Wokingham.

GoogleExcellent experience with Sears. Great levels of communication and understanding, during what can be one of the most stressful times in life.
Gabriella who supported us from an after sales perspective was extremely responsive, and very quick to solve potential problems that could crop up.
Paul, who conducted the viewing of the property we hope to call home very soon, never once made us feel pressured and left us to take our time, but was there if we needed him.
Highly recommend using Sears.

GoogleSpent most of 2022 looking for a house and finally viewed a property in Wokingham. Oliver from Sears, gave great advice and helped us secure our property with no nonsense. He has great knowledge and gave us complete confidence with our decision. The process was smooth and was seen through by Gabriella who did a very thorough job in liaising with vendors and solicitors and kept on top of everything, right through to handing over the keys at completion. Highly recommend Sears.

Both Oliver and Gabriella helped us through two tough buying collapses to find our perfect home, and I can genuinely say we couldn't have done it without them.
A huge thanks to everyone at the Sears team for making the process as stress free as possible and getting us into our first home!
