If i could give them 0 stars I would. What an absolute money grabbing farce of a company!!! Wanted to move into 1 of their properties on the same site as we live now but they wanted to charge myself and partner a whopping £600 in fees!!!!! What an absolute joke. GoogleOur home manager was on annual leave when we moved in so we still have pending issues that were raised at the start of our tenancy.
Hi Josee, we're saddened to see that our team in Wokingham have received a low star rating following your experience with them. We can appreciate why you’re displeased that you have outstanding issues that were reported at the beginning of the tenancy, your designated property manager was on annual leave around the time you moved in and you informed of this by another member of the team in an introductory email. We were first made aware of the issues at the property at this point which were swiftly relayed to the Landlord and at which point we asked for authorisation to deal with them . We’re contracted by the Landlord as managing agent to act under their instructions which means when any maintenance issues are reported to us we relay these onto the Landlord to seek their instructions and authorisation to proceed, it can be noted that we do not have the authority to enforce works to proceed without the Landlords authorisation. Your property manager will be making contact with you at the earliest opportunity to provide an update with regards to the repairs. We hope we’re able to resolve these for you quickly and turn your experience with us into a more positive one. Should you wish to discuss this then please contact me on 01344758596.
