They will collect their extortionate fees and then reject any responsibility whatsoever to manage the property, despite declaring themselves "agents" of the landlord and on paper assuming all responsibility. However, they are masters of cheap talk, time-wasting, delays and avoidance techniques. In essence, if you have any genuine problems, you're on your own. How they operate is morally quite wrong. Prospective tenants - run!

Worst lettings company out there. Downright liars. Making up stuff and threaten you (landlord) if you are trying to terminate their lettings contract. They terrorise landlords who choose to appoint their own subcontractors and make life difficult for those subcontractors trying to put them off so they can take the business. Wholly unprofessional outfit operating on the very edge of the law.

GoogleWhen selling my property I did a bit of research with a couple of estate agents. I choose Romans because of my initial interaction with Ian Lewis. He was knowledgeable and realistic about the market. Ian and his colleague Natalie Boyd have been professional throughout and have provided an excellent service keeping me updated on a regular basis. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Romans.

You are guaranteed to get ripped off with end of tenancy deductionsThey will charge fees at the end for cleaning even if you have had it cleaned yourself.They will tell you the property was professionally cleaned at the start. Do not accept this check go round yourself record evey mark/scratch/dirt/dust. Photograph it. Report it. Ask them to rectify it straight away.Totally unprofessional companyAvoid

Very professional approach from Mark and Nathan . Completed proper DD on prospective tenants which is reassuring and said No if any issue’s discovered ( unlike other agents who just want their commission!). Kept me informed
