Terrible service. You can never speak to anyone. They are only interested in the money. They charge a fortune in tenant fees and extra for "check-in" that they subcontract out at your expense. They need to be chased constantly to get anything done. Very rarely get worked up by bad companies but this one has been one of the worse, despite all their advertising and email saying how caring and efficient they are. Avoid.

Had Romans for a year managing my block of flats. They were terrible. Could never get hold of them despite lots of attempts. Then the account manager then left and we had no one to look after us but they still took our money. Utter Bandits!

GoogleI'm looking for a house to rent since one week. I've met 3 agencies at the moment and this was the worste. They sent me an email to confirm the appointment. The agent didn't come and Noone informed me of nothing.
