We were not disappointed; selling a house can be a long drawn out process and it is important that communication is accurate and timely to maintain a solid chain - the staff were professional and indeed the whole process was great and I would use them again - thanks

They will try to take your money. dont take no deposit option, we had a end of tenancy professionally cleaned and they still charged us £400 for their cleaning without providing any evidence. Absolute scam!

GoogleRomans managed to get more viewings for my home in 3 months than Purple Bricks in 10 months. They also gave me a significant chunk of money back for Purple Brick's upfront free, on a no-win no-fee offer, so I couldn't lose. All staff were great, proactive and friendly and did a fab job of passing all communications through. I'm extremely happy with everything and wold definitely use them again in the future. GoogleWe live abroad and had limited opportunity to fly over for viewings. However, Adam Colvin listened to our criteria and always showed properties that fit. I felt no viewing was a waste of time. One of those properties became our dream home and I'm so happy that Adam listened to our needs. Everyone at Romans have been really helpful, professional and friendly. Totally unprofessional. Dire communications. No clue how to treat people. We were in a chain of 4 for a house move and due to this bunch of morons being totally clueless…..it hasn’t happened…..they just don’t give a damn…..don’t know how they are in business…
