Romans were very good when getting us into the property, their maintenance however is very poor. The level of service my partner and I have received is far from the high quality they boast about. Avoid renting from Romans if you would like quick responses to your urgent maintenance issues. Cant even get them sorted yourself and invoice Romans as everything has to go through them #WorstAfterCareEver

Please beware di not let this company deal with your rental property I did the tenant trashed my house and Romans no deposit scheme means if the tenant don't agree she has 30 days to respond it goes to arbitration so it's all on the tenant side Romans did not manage the property properly either money for nothing awful customer service re the damage as well
