Sasha and Chloe of Prospect have been of great help to us. They are always trustworthy and give their best to clients. Thanks Chloe for helping us fix the boiler during cold winter, working even at late hours just to make sure someone would come in to repair. Sasha is always friendly and would promptly respond to our requests, got them sorted out without delay. Very impressed with their great work! They are just outstanding!

I will complain when required, but I am also the first to give credit when I receive good service. In fact, good service should come as standard, but these days it's very rarely received. Great service is what should be applauded. This is what I receive from Becky Baxter. I have been a Landlord for many years now and Becky has always quick to report any issues with a property. Becky is also very good at keeping me updated with progress of those issues. Becky is a credit to Prospect.

Beckie Baxter has been super friendly and supportive with her assistance with our rental property; we have found her very warm and you do not feel like an inconvenience asking questions as other agents in the past have. She’s really fast to respond and send communication between ourselves and the property owners. I would also like to give a special mention to Lloyd Richardson for his initial support in securing the property and answering all our questions, we found him very professional. By far the best experience we’ve had to date with lettings agencies. Great staff - don’t lose them.

We have recently sold our house through Prospect and the service was fantastic from start to finish. We dealt with Josh, Alex and Kirsty whilst the property was on the market and they were all friendly and helpful. They were extremely quick to respond to any enquires and the house was sold within a couple of weeks. I think where Prospect really excelled was once we sold the house and had to work with the solicitors to get the contracts exchanged. Aimee was our contact at Prospect and worked tirelessly with ourselves, our buyers and our solicitors to get everything through. She was absolutely fantastic and was completely focussed on getting our sale progressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prospect and if I needed to sell a property again they would be my first point of call.

I must say if you are thinking renting with Prospect agency please DON'T. When i came for the apartment viewing the agent agreed with everything i asked. It was very important for me the apartment to be pet friendly, the agent confirmed that on the viewing day. I must say the behavior from all agents was very arrogant. I also required a dishwasher or be granted to buy and install one, the agent mocked with me, saying that i didn't check the property properly and there was one already ( there wasn't a dishwasher) in my room we didn't had lights and the electricity plugs weren't working, half of the apartment was without lights or electricity plugs not working. The electricity made many of our white goods totally fry also laptops and mobile phones. After constantly calling and asking to be fixed finally after 6 months they send an electrician. After they managed to fix the electricity we had a black out and days without hot water and gas heating, it was winter time and super cold. The toilet was licking and they "fixed it" after 11 months and the toilet sit it's barely staying on it's place, no one is bother to fix it. There is either miscommunication between the agency and the landlords or someone here doesn't care about basic human living standards. The last thing that happened, ( i couldn't bring my dogs before because of covid ) i finally managed to bring my dogs, before i did i emailed the agent to inform her and for her to inform the landlord that i will bring my dogs, she replied to my email that such thing was never granted from the landlord. Before my contract ended, agent gave me a call if i want to extend the contract which we agreed to continue month by month because they are selling the property, i spoke with the same agent to speak with the landlords about me bringing the dogs, i was asked what kind of breed they are and when i told her they are small dogs and they have their age and they don't do much these days, sleeping most of the time she said she can't see a problem or why they wouldn't approve, so when we finally got to the point where i was about to bring them she asked me if i have this permission somewhere in written, all of a sudden no one remembers this conversation. I am putting in writing here that i will never ever rent with Prospect anymore and i will make sure everyone i hear who wants to rent with you not to

Before meeting Bethany I was very nervous about finding a house - I had all these ideas and dreams of my future home. I was also worried about the stress of dealing with this all alone as I have no partner and I was looking into my first home. However, after talking and meeting with Bethany I felt reassured and confident that together we could find the perfect home. I felt Bethany truly cared about me and was passionate about helping me find my dream home. Most importantly, I felt at ease with Bethany’s upmost professionalism, communication and overall friendliness. I always felt better knowing I would be greeted by a smiling Bethany throughout this process. I never felt left in the dark and actually felt empowered by Bethany’s support. I really felt that this was a team search for my dream house which I greatly appreciated and this is what I wanted. We recently bought a house in Wokingham for our son. We had the very good fortune to have Prospect in Wokingham as the sellers Estate agent and more notably Keagan Impey as our main link. As one of the sales team Keagan could not have done more for us had he tried. Despite representing the seller Keagan treated us with the utmost professionalism. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and at times went out of his way to deal with our needs. Nothing was too much for him. During the sales process, he arranged for us to visit the property on several occasions, despite complications getting keys. He responded very quickly to our requests, notably where others were not inclined to do so. He made sure that the seller and their solicitors took action when there were frustrating delays and he made sure that we were kept fully updated. Keagan was the lynchpin in our purchase and to be brutally honest had he not been so very helpful and accommodating we would have withdrawn from the purchase in other circumstances. A very personable young man who fully understands and acts upon customer needs. A credit to Prospect Estate Agents. Thank you Keagan.

I have been dealing with Prospect for more than 10 years, as I am currently working aboard and letting my property. I am also buying a new family through Prospect as sole agent due to satisfaction and trust. I have excellent relations with many employees of Prospect including Beth Murphy, who greatly assisted me with the new purchase and Beckie Baxter on the letting part. Doing everything remotely, they make everything easy through viewing, feedback, and advice on the various stages of letting and purchasing. I am very pleased with the services received from Prospect team and will continue working with them in future.

We completed the sale on our house on Friday 24th September. I can certainly recommend Prospect if you are selling a property. Very disappointed with the Sandhurst office. We were missold a property. On accepting our offer, we were assured there would be a chain of 3 , including us, as the seller would be moving in with family. Wrong !After a call from my solicitor confirming there was a chain of 5, I was again reassured that the seller would move out and live with family, rather than hold up the process. Wrong again!The seller was not willing to break the chain, which we understand, and was unaware of what we were being told. After the chain broke at the top, we sadly pulled out, disappointed that we were losing our ideal property. Please, tell the truth! If circumstances change, then communicate!

The whole experience from start to finish has been painless. Paul Wickens from the initial valuation all the way through to exchange has been impeccable. His knowledge of the market and recommended price was spot on!The team then worked with my instructions to the letter, asking price, no offers, ideally first time buyers to avoid any chain etcFollowing a couple of days of site visits, the team had a number of offers at asking price, working through each buyers situation with me and agreeing on which was best to meet my requirements for exchange ASAP.Paul's tenacity after I accepted the offer to get exchange in place was nothing short of perfect, chasing buyer, their solicitors, updates all along the way.Would I recommend Paul and his team, yes, no question.
