After less than a week in contact I have found the customer service at Prospect’s Aldershot office extremely helpful and far superior to what I’ve experienced with 3 months with another local agent (really hope it continues!) I haven’t been dreading picking up the phone and instead have felt listened to and positive about our house hunt which is a pretty specific brief!Dexter at Aldershot has been so helpful from the start - firstly in getting us the viewings and information that we need but also saving the day when we were stuck in heavy traffic on the way to our viewing and the original agent was going to have to leave and cancel our viewing due to timing restrictions - instead Dexter came out from the office and took over and let us have a proper look around the property and didn’t rush us even though it was a Saturday afternoon - this was so appreciated and I doubt many other offices would have done that for us.We’re only at the beginning of our buying and selling journey but I am definitely feeling more positive than a week ago! Thanks again!

By far the best estate agency I've ever dealt with. Beth took the time to listen and knew our house inside and out, she worked tirelessly in a difficult market to show multiple people round our home and was always on the end of the phone when needed. GoogleI don’t usually leave reviews as they can sometimes be a bit cringe worthy… however I just wanted to drop a line about Beth Murphy (upon request - although deserved). I would like to point out that throughout my search I would have to say that Beth was one of the most experience agents I dealt with, beyond the faff and smoke and mirrors of people telling you they have been in the industry for 15+ years - who cares?! All it takes is someone who is genuine, honest and knows the property that they are trying to sell all whilst they have their clients intentions at heart - that’s Beth. GoogleWe have been living in the UK for the past 5 years and have rented one property in that time period. We were told about the standard practice with moving out and its apparently that the agents do their best to try keep your deposit. THIS IS NOT TRUE WITH PROSPECT! They are fair and professional! Nikki Gardner has been quick to respond and fully resolve all concerns in a smooth manner! Thank you Nikki for your help and courtesy! Finally exchanged on a property after a long few months. Could've easily turned into a bit of a nightmare experience, but Beth has been fantastic throughout.
