GoogleA great Estate Agent with a great team. I cannot sing the praises highly enough for the whole team at Michael Hardy. They provided an excellent professional service in everything they did for the sale of our house. The team were always available to provide support and answer questions whenever we needed. Additionally, although the new house we purchased was not sold through them they continued to provide support and assistance with managing the whole chain and finalising completion dates. I would thoroughly recommend Michael Hardy to anyone wanting to move house.

GoogleWe have been happily renting through Michael Hardy for nearly three years now and I quite literally cannot fault them. Any maintenance issues are always addressed immediately, and Dee always follows up to make sure everything is sorted. Such a breath of fresh air after a bad experience when I first started renting prior to moving to MH. Thank you all!

GoogleAsked to provide additional details, hence the edit. We were told on two separate occasions that we were unable to make an offer on a property due to an offer having been accepted 2-3 days prior. It was only after reminding this estate agent that they have a legal obligation to present all offers to the vendor did they agree to do so. We were quickly advised that the vendor had rejected our offer, which was above list, but that nothing from the vendor would be available in writing. Upped to 2 stars as they were friendly and helpful on the phone, but the entire situation seemed strange and not understanding the legal side of things is concerning.
We have no record of any interaction with a yourselves by either our sales or our Letting’s team and you have not accompanied your rating with any comment. It is therefore difficult for us to comment on what may or may not be a genuine disappointment with our service.

GoogleA property to rent was uploaded Monday. I called several times to book a viewing and kept being told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I emailed both directly to the agent and via Rightmove, both were ignored. I called again the next day and explained that no one was calling me back only to be told the property had been let the Saturday before. So why bother uploading it ? Waste of time all round.
Thank you for your review and I am sorry you were not happy with our service. We had over 80 enquiries for this particular property so we did struggle to respond to all the enquiries as quickly as we would have liked. We are looking into processes that may help us deal with such spikes in activity more efficiently going forward.

GoogleNot overly happen with the service that michael hardy provided. Over priced our property to get our custom, only to have to reduce considerably to get a sale. Lack of communication regarding feedback on viewing, had to chase for outcome. Was told that they would retake photos to enhance interest, this never happened.

Our evidence doesn’t support your comments regarding feedback and in fairness on the day the sale was agreed we secured a higher figure than you had indicated you would accept. Furthermore, we worked incredibly hard during the sale process to manage the sale while issues in the chain above delayed the transaction. When compared to the evidence your review seems very harsh.

He came to value a house for me and stayed in contact over 2 years which finally resulted in the purchase of a new home! He knew what I wanted and even though the house wasn’t on a list of potential new homes or anywhere near what I thought I wanted, when he convinced me to go and have a look it ticked all the boxes! A true professional and a credit to his new team. I know where I’ll be going if I ever need to sell this house! Thanks for everything Ricky!

They got here in no time and I was back in, in under half an hour. Me and my partner rent a property through them, and it's been the best move by far!

GoogleExtremely disappointed, booked a viewing over the phone with Michael Hardy. Gave all my details, when I arrived at the property no one was there. Once I had rang to ask after waiting for 10 minutes they told me the property had been let and they couldn’t get ahold of me due to having taken my number down wrong and not being able to find my email address. So unprofessional and embarrassing. I thought highly of them as a brand but now completely put off of dealing with Michael Hardy in the future. If unable to get a hold of me that was a fault if there own the least I expect is to be met at the property and the situation explained.
