The team at MH are simply fantastic. By far the best estate agents in Wokingham. They are so much more professional than some of the competition - no lies, no games, no bull, no egos, no made up viewers, no lack of feedback, no excuses, no cancellations, no non-shows on the day. The MH team were honest, direct, professional, communicative and fun to deal with at every step. Every single viewing that was booked in showed up and we got detailed feedback from each of them. After being on the market for a month but more importantly 5 weekends, their so called ‘proactive selling approach’ netted zero viewings! Apparently I had 3 viewings arranged within the first couple of days and another interested party but they couldn’t agree on a viewing date. Surprise, surprise the 3 arranged viewings all cancelled one by one and the 4th party’s interest fizzled out. It begs the question if the viewings were fictitious. I wouldn’t put my property on the market with Michael Hardy in the future. Michael Hardy was fined £142,843 by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) in December 2019 for its part in the Wokingham-based estate agents price-fixing cartel.
