GoogleMy recent experience with Seymour’s Woking far surpassed my expectations having had some bad experience with other agents. A delightful young man called Spencer was on hand to answer any questions I had and made me feel at ease throughout, certainly a credit to the company. Would recommend Seymour’s 100% !!

GoogleI'm selling my flat through Seymours, and the buyer has had over a month's delay getting a mortgage agreed by his lender. Amy Sandys has politely and persistently chased the broker for weeks, probably saving the sale from falling through. She also sourced a building regulations certificate for the property which solicitors, the managing agent and the landlord were unable to track down, literally within minutes of my asking her. Whenever Seymours answer my phonecalls, the person at the other end can give me an up to the minute progress report within seconds. They are great people to deal with, and Amy in particular is a fine ambassador for the company - I can't recommend them highly enough.

The Client Relationship Manager Clarissa was excellent and worked very hard, always in touch with us and we achieved an excellent price for the property with the sale going through quickly.

GoogleLuke was amazing when I was searching for an apartment. Moving here from the other side of the world for a new job was extremely stressful, but Luke went out of his way to find me the best place at the best possible rate. Her attention to detail is superb. She responds quickly and diligently to emails and texts regarding the management on my properties. She is always very professional and keeps calm under pressure.
