I am in the process of buying a house via Seymours, it wasn't straight sailing however the team at Seymours especially Zo and Amy stuck with me and trusted me and showed great faith. I truly appreciate their assistance. They were chasing me regularly for their Seller which no doubt kept me on my toes. We just Exchanged contracts last week and will complete in the coming weeks. I want to give a big thank you to Seymours as this sale would of fallen through if it weren't for their persistence. Also an apology to the seller as it took a little longer than expected but we finally got their, all delays caused were due to different logistical and legal reasons however the manner in the way Seymours pushed us to the finish line was pure brilliance and professionalism. The whole team at Woking Seymours worked together to get a sale of my house. It was a tricky sale given it was a leasehold, so a particular buyer had to be found and the team wasted no time in getting people through the door. Given it was a leasehold the freeholder was also involved with their solicitors, which increased legal proceedings and communication. Particular credit is given to Amy as the sales progressor who, not only was super responsive, but really pushed everyone to do their part in time and acted as the communication focal point between everyone. I couldn't have been happier, thank you!

Really unprofessional letting agents. They have the highest tenant’s admin fees around, the inexperienced young staff clearly don’t care and show little interest when showing you round e.g no professionalism, no handshake or a simple hello. Also was told incorrect information regarding deposits. From looking at their previous reviews, it’s obvious their letting team are completely missing the mark with their customer service and letting the whole estate agents down.
