GoogleI'm selling my flat through Seymours, and the buyer has had over a month's delay getting a mortgage agreed by his lender. Amy Sandys has politely and persistently chased the broker for weeks, probably saving the sale from falling through. She also sourced a building regulations certificate for the property which solicitors, the managing agent and the landlord were unable to track down, literally within minutes of my asking her. Whenever Seymours answer my phonecalls, the person at the other end can give me an up to the minute progress report within seconds. They are great people to deal with, and Amy in particular is a fine ambassador for the company - I can't recommend them highly enough.
