GoogleAtkinson McLeod, Wapping Office, know the local market extremely well, for both sales and lettings. On the lettings side, Ed Gosling is one of the key players in the area. He has a well-earned reputation for finding for landlords the right tenants, at the right price, very quickly.

GoogleAfter reading some of the reviews I was unsure whether to go to Atkinson McLeod but I was proven wrong. The team where fantastic!! The service I received from Megan was excellent, found me exactly what I was looking for. The perfect pad! I would highly recommend!

GooglePlease be careful with this estate agent. We rented an apartment from them that was riddled with electrical faults, causing large electrical bills. They showed the new tenants whilst I was present without mentioning any of the issues. We moved in with the lamps broken and walls broken as they had desperately attempted to fix the issues before we moved in. The electrician they hired had permanently left the boiler on causing massive electrical fees for me to settle. We struggled to get any response from Atkinson Mcleod on the issue and it had left half the apartment unusable. Upon leaving the apartment we left it in a much better condition considering it was broken up by the electrician when we first moved in. They have not been responding to our emails on our deposits as they are associating the breakages in the apartment caused by their electrician to us. This is despite us taking photos and documenting the boiler issues early on in the tenancy, with photos. We are not hopeful on receiving our deposit anymore as Maria Mcleod and Ben Mcloed are refusing to speak to us. The apartments maybe decently priced. But the lack of upkeep and major faults caused this apartment to be an incredibly expensive endeavour for both me and my partner. Please do not make the same mistake we made and do not choose these people as your estate agent.

GoogleVery bad experience with this agency. I strongly don't recommend them. I had a viewing, i submitted the offer as the agent adviced me i should hurry and secure the property and they did not send the offer to the landlord. After this they wouldn't answer to my calls or my text messages. Very unprofessional!

GoogleIt's tough enough trying to sell a property these days and it really helps if the agent you are using knows what they'd doing. Adam was excellent, kept following through and doing his ake it all happen--which it eventually did.

GoogleReal chancers. Hard to get hold of and once we were actually able to negotiate viewing a property, we were taken to see one nearby that was totally different, told on location that it the one we had booked to see had gone several days ago. I have dealt with tons of estate agencies over the last few months, and this outfit is totally unprofessional. There are many other, better established and well run places, that wont actively deceive you in pursuit of a sale, as Atkinson McLeod have tried to do in our experience.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleVery professional and supportive staff who were happy to help with any problem no matter how big or small. I would definitely use this estate agents again in the future. Leigh Glass was also very approachable and extremely helpful.

GoogleDanny Daly injected a healthy dose of reality into our sales process and provided a huge amount of insight and advice that supported us through a very turbulent market. Approachable and available, he always took time to reassure and went above and beyond to keep our sale on track, at times even having to do the purchaser's agent's job when the chain seemed about to break.

GoogleWe are renting a property through this agency, and it is the biggest nightmare ever! We are supposed to move in tomorrow, we paid the confirmation of offer already one month ago and have already paid the first month of the tenancy, but we haven't received the contract to be signed yet. So we still don't know if we are gonna be able to move in although we have paid already!! The transparency has ben 0 through the whole process, and we have had to call the agent every single day to get answers to our questions...
