We found a property to buy through Jacksons after having previously having 3 propertys fall through (the last one being the day of exchange!!) From start to finish Jacksons have been amazing, Stephanie in particular after lots of chats regarding how anxious I have been was very understanding, she rang every week some 2-3times with updates and was very invested in our situation. Jackson’s have been with us every step of the way and had our best interests at heart from start to finish when selling our property. They tailored everything to our needs with viewings by selecting the best buyers for our property, eliminating time wasters. Jackson’s have constantly kept us up to date with the process of the sale and were also a huge help when communicating with our solicitors with documents that needed printing or posting. A big shout out to David and Jacqui who were such a support with words of wisdom and advising us on the best steps to take. Steph has been absolutely amazing seeing the sale of our property through. She has communicated with our buyer making sure the process has been as smooth and as quick as possible reassuring us and our buyer. It’s so easy for any Estate Agent to look good at selling properties with the market how it currently is, however, Jackson’s are on a different level to any other agent. Would 100% recommend to anyone selling their property.

Alice Creighton from Jackson - Stops visited my property last month, she was on time , polite and professional . Alice accompanied me around the property and listened to the problems I had . I felt very supported as she took photos and listened. After Alice’s visit I was quickly contacted by the relevant professionals to complete the works, I was really impressed at how quickly this was arranged . Our objective last October when we approached Jackson-Stops to market our property was to achieve a sale as soon as possible. Market conditions were not favourable and even deteriorated over the winter months. Sadly 1 star. My experience with them is they are dishonest and will work within legal frameworks whilst lying to you. Bought a non primary residence in the Cotswolds with them recently, was told the oven was an everhot.. it’s not, it’s a smeg. Was told the property had previously been under offer at the same price.. it hadn’t, it was 150k lower, found out through severe googling this week. Was told the house had been surveyed and ready to go (we of course carried out our own) and lots of issues came up they knew about and didn’t flag. MOST ashamedly, they accepted out of asking and then AFTER doing all of the background checks and mortgage offer etc etc etc they told us that the house had an outstanding land issue (known about by them months before offer was made) that required hundreds of thousands of pounds to be paid to resolve and had no immediate timeline.

A Fantastic team, lead by Anthony Jevons at The Hale office meant the sale of our property went smoothly from start to finish. The house was sold STC within 72 hours of agreeing to use Jackson Stops and the sale completed today without a hitch. Although more expensive than quotes from other agents in the area it was well worth it and certainly money well spent. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency and Anthony Jevons in particular
