I worked very closely with Lottie Watts and she ensured that the sale of my house and purchase of my new house went as smoothly as possible. Even though there were a couple of hiccups along the way, Lottie did not expect me to deal with anything, she absolutely took the stress out of the process by being available to speak to all parties and resolved the issues with the minimum of fuss. I would fully recommend using Jackson-Stops to either purchase a property form, or sell your property. I sold and moved into my new house within 4 months of my house going on the market.

Been recently been purchasing a property with Jackson Stops.Got to point of exchange but had a few issues came up from searches which hadn't been told before tried to get Stephen Cheshire to contact myself but no response only to come to a Friday to be asked are you going to exchange at time had concerns which needed answers.There response was just to put back on market and no response to my email.Even last Friday contacted Stephen and asked if property still available was told yes and sent long email.Noticed today been sold again.Basically been treated very poorly and basically rude.I'm sorry my mother was taken ill on the Friday you asked for exchange but I did email to no response back same as for last Monday.Very unprofessional not even being told vendor was selling elsewhere.

I cannot fault the service we got from Jackson Stops in Sevenoaks. All the staff were friendly and genuinely interested in us as clients and intent on doing their very best for us. Booked a viewing of a property in Knutsford via the Alderley Edge branch.We arrived at our viewing only to find out our viewing had not been booked in the system and we couldn't view the property! The branch manager called me to apologise and she was dumbfounded at what had happened. Clearly the staff member had agreed our viewing but had forgot to book us in, was made to think I was the problem. Terrible service, avoid if possible.

GoogleWe really cant thank Jacqui and her team enough, she was proactive and always on the end of the phone or email. Jacqui was a fantastic mediator between buyer & seller & solicitors, and without her tireless input in progressing the sale it is highly likely that it would have fallen through. Jacqui and the team were also very professional and we were kept informed of progress at all points, even when we hit a stumbling block Jacqui was there with her knowledge and experience to push it through.

Particular thanks to Jacqui and David for their support. Their fees are extremely good value for the attention to detail that they give. Andrew Richardson listened to our request, showed us a property 30 minutes later, and we were immediately bowled over. 4 months later we are happily installed. Splendid service from Andrew, ably assisted by Phil in the Chichester office, helped us through the process most professionally and with charm.
