Enormous gratitude to Jacksons, who helped us sell our family home after 60 years of ownership. From the first phone call and visit, David Hopkins was courteous, friendly and proficient. I felt that he was working on our behalf, even before we accepted Jackson's services. He explained the process simply and clearly, which was a huge relief, and talked & walked us through all the stages. I never once felt pressured. David also showed sympathy and understanding about our situation, which came naturally to him, both as an individual and as a professional with years of experience. His knowledge of the local housing market was spot on. I felt relaxed and confident, knowing that Jacksons were to be our agents. Jacqui Bradshaw took some excellent photos and a video with personal voice-over which was an approach I liked. We didn't need a modern, 3-D virtual tour, as the property was unfurnished. Further into the process, we had many unexpected challenges, including a family death and dealing with trusts. Sandra Menet and Stephanie Hall were both outstanding in their ability to assist the progress of the sale, reassuring us and working tirelessly for us and for all parties in the chain. Again, their instinctive grasp of the situation, together with solid experience to draw upon, enabled us to rely on them to resolve issues accurately and effectively. We had absolutely no problems from Jacksons, only positive solutions and attitudes. All staff kept us up to date with information, via phone calls and emails, and there were no mistakes. They could not have done more for us. I am so thankful that I chose Jacksons because they made the whole sale process, from beginning to end, so much better and manageable for us. What would we have done without you! The best decision I made was choosing Jacksons - it started with a gut feeling, which proved 100% correct. I asked them for a valuation initially, because we had bought our house via them 25 years ago. Would thoroughly recommend Jacksons to anyone wishing to sell or buy, and will use them again. Thanks a million to all staff, for all you did for us.

Friendly, practical, honest advice

Tracy and Anthony have been just great - very patient and understanding over the months we've been looking for just the right house. I never got the feeling that they were only after a sale, because I also found they were honest and informative, so that we were able to make the right decision based on facts as well as feelings. In the end, the house we've found is out of their area, but I was so grateful to them and their friendly advice and practical help which made us feel that our future mattered to them. This is a well established and professional company that has been in business for over 100 years and certainly this shows and is witnessed from the keen staff to the partners from top to bottom. Someone once told me that moving home was more stressful that having a child. Being a man I can’t attest to that but my wife can and it is. But with a superb partner like Anthony Inskip you are in superb and experienced hands He is the cool hand Luke of JS and he carries you through the tough days My wife and I have moved constantly in our 45 year careers some 14 houses. From start to finish Jackson's put so much effort into finding us our perfect home and knew exactly what we wanted with our budget. We viewed a few houses before 'the one' and Dave was honest with what he though was right for us. Stephanie Always respond to emails very fast, she was amazing, explained every step of the way reassuring us that everything was going as smoothly as possible right up to the exchange date. Jackson's staff always serve with a smile on there face when you go to the branch. The ladies at Jacksons have gone out of their way to keep me updated regarding my tenancy. It has always been in a friendly and supportive way, not at all pushy and the information I needed was always there as quickly as possible. I had a problem regarding my work situation as I has just started a new job and the ladies were brilliant at sorting it out with as little fuss as possible. Everything was done so quickly and smoothly compared to the experiences of my friends renting from other agencies. In all they have been professional but friendly and were so thrilled for me when I finally got the keys to my new house. So supportive at a difficult and stressful time in my life. Superior Customer Service

Jackson-Stops and namely ‘Harriet’ in the Pimlico office provided an excellent service throughout. Even though we were all working together from a distance due to international travel and commitments, Harriet was always present, extremely professional and thoroughly diligent throughout the process. We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops. From our first viewing of the property the agent gave really good advice about how and when to proceed with an offer. It took us a few months to sell our property but the agent kept regularly in touch with us during this period which was really reassuring. When we were able to negotiate the agent gave more really good advice which allowed us to make an offer that secured the property. During the legal phase the agent kept us up to date and acted as an effective link between seller/solicitor and us. We can't fault the service that Jackson-Stops provided and would recommend them without hesitation.
