I find all the Gatekeeper colleagues very informed and always available when I need them. Being able to look at my account online helps my accounting which is nice. When I decided to sell one of my properties to raise some funds so my O could help my daughter could buy her first home the sales team where equally as efficient and achieved the sales price needed fairly swiftly. GoogleWe rented a house in Swindon through Gatekeeper. We have just bought our first home and we just wanted to say thanks because the team couldn't have been more helpful during a stressful time! They made sure we knew what we had to do throughout the whole process of checking out and while we were in the house (just over a year), we only had a couple of things that needed work and Gatekeeper got maintenance people out quickly to fix them for us. When they needed to come to the house for viewings, we always got a text and an email to let us know what was happening and when we had friends over they understood and rearranged viewings around us. We would definitely recommend them - we've rented through lots of agents in the Area and we both felt that Gatekeeper has the best service and has thought about what tenants need.

GoogleI have just had the pleasure of moving with Gatekeeper. I moved jobs from Swindon to Near Aylesbury. I rented from Gatekeeper In Swindon for 5 years and the service was always impeccable. I have just moved in to my new flat in Aylesbury and the experience was really smooth. The central property care team are excellent and really helped me sort the end of one tenancy and the start of the new one. The Aylesbury sales team were also excellent with Phil marshalling everything. It was also good that I could view in the evening as it meant I could view after work even with a 1.5 hour drive. Horrible company to deal with. I urge tenants and landlords to read their negative reviews before using Gatekeeper. When all I hear is negative feedback from anyone who has dealt with this company, I’m shocked and suspicious of the 5* reviews posted on this forum.
Slow to respond to emergencies or issues yet very quick to threaten customers with their legal team for voicing their concerns.
Definitely better options elsewhere. Stay well clear.

Thanks for taking the time to leave the feedback, as discussed I am disappointed that you feel the way you do about Gatekeeper and that you did not want to discuss the matter further.
We set up the business to try and change the poor experience that we feel landlords and tenants receive in our industry and as such I see how hard our team works to improve the customer experience every day. We obviously do make mistakes and that is why I would have liked to discuss this matter further with you to try to better understand what went wrong, learn from it and then try to resolve the issues for you directly.
On the matter of legal action we publish all in house surveys on our website and we have lots of 5 stars (Fantastics) and a few 1 stars (Terribles). You can see here that we do not always get it right or that some people also disagree with what we have done as a genuine reflection of our work. We are always incredibly grateful for anyone that takes the time to leave us feedback as it
helps us in our daily sessions improve the business and point us in the right direction keeping us true to what we set out to change when we started the business.
However we will not accept personal attacks or libellous statements online. There are a few individuals who think it is OK to post what I can only describe as appalling personal comments or false statements without consequence, and we are currently taking legal action against these individuals to protect our staff and business.
I understand that you have genuinely experienced issues while renting through us and I am really sorry for this. If you change your mind and do wish to discuss this matter directly then I would really appreciate any time you have to attempt to resolve this for you.
