FacebookAbsolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service.
Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do.
Plz plz plz do not deal with this company.
You will regret your decision for ever

She had ideas and inspirations for us, before we even moved in. Nothing was a problem and she would always plan to see us, for viewings, when convenient with myself and my partner.

FacebookI was delighted with the excellent service I received from Declan Hartigan at Chancellors. I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had. Also, the entire process was completed within a week! The help and efficiency I have received from Chancellors has taken the stress away from moving house!

Facebookabsolutely appalling service. i cancelled the contract with them within the 14 days period due to a change in circumstances. they never even visited the property to take photos and it was never placed on rightmove. what followed was 4 months of debt letters, demanding paying costs. now been sent a county court letter. completely ignored when i challenged the costs, taken off in under 7 days. disgusting level of service. NEVER use this agent.

Googlewe have a unusual one bedroom property which we knew would only appeal to a certain type of buyer. When we approached Chancellors to put it on the market we were met with a really enthusiastic group of people at your Witney office.In particular I would like to mention Kirsty and Robyn who whilst being totally professional and down to earth spoke to us in language we could understand and didnt use jargon.Whenever we phoned to speak to them(which was often!) they always made time to talk to us or got back to us when they said they would.If all goes ok with the next property we purchase it will be our fifth house we have bought in our married life.We can honestly say Robyn and Kirsty and Chancellors Witney have been tremendous .
