GoogleSo frustrated with this company - you hand over your most important asset and they promise the earth. Then you discover they don't ever even visit the property and the tenants have absolutely trashed the place, then they tell me its up to me to put it right!?! What's the point in having an agent who doesn't do their job!!

FacebookHorrendous experience in Wycombe. Especially during Covid but even before. The team are really unhelpful, do not listen, and even if you are entitled to help legally they delay it because they work for the landlord who tends to be a big company or corporation with no empathy. Honestly just avoid this company save yourself the grief.
I wish we had looked at this review before we had any dealings with them. Had a very similar experience in Leominster branch. Lettings manager lied to us on many an occasion & was totally unreliable

FacebookWaiting over a week for a viewing when I am a cash buyer is unacceptable. So is insisting on a BAFO on one house today and not enabling me to view the possible alternate. Staff have little or zero knowledge of the house you are viewing. All In All very very frustrating !!

GoogleOverall Chancellors were very professional and helpful. Kirsty in particular was a star and helped us through the whole process. As first time buyers it was a very stressful time but can't thank Kirsty enough for all her hard work.
