This is the very first experience I have had of buying my own property. Kirsty Woodley at the Witney branch helped and supported me the whole way through. The viewing was excellent and she was very knowledgeable about the property I was intending to buy. Kirsty worked extremely hard to get my offer excepted which was great as ut really was the house I wanted. Through out the purchase Kirsty remainded supportive and answered emails quickly. As I was a new buyer I was keen to get the whole process moving. Kirsty did everything she could in order to get to exchange and completion which in the end was great and my son and I were in within 11 weeks from offer to completion. Thankyou so much . we have a unusual one bedroom property which we knew would only appeal to a certain type of buyer. When we approached Chancellors to put it on the market we were met with a really enthusiastic group of people at your Witney office.In particular I would like to mention Kirsty and Robyn who whilst being totally professional and down to earth spoke to us in language we could understand and didnt use jargon.Whenever we phoned to speak to them(which was often!) they always made time to talk to us or got back to us when they said they would.If all goes ok with the next property we purchase it will be our fifth house we have bought in our married life.We can honestly say Robyn and Kirsty and Chancellors Witney have been tremendous . Chancellors actually ended up as the agent for our sale, our purchase and the next property on in the chain. They valued it higher than other agents and sold it the first day it went on the market for the asking price. They had also listened to what we wanted for our purchase and why we had rejected a few we had viewed, so they then convinced us to see one we wouldn't have viewed from looking at the sales details. Because it didn't meet our original criteria we had see it twice but then put in an offer while standing on the drive after the second viewing. They could have then just sat back and waited for the completion, but no they stayed involved and chased solicitors and vendors to ensure we made the target exchange date, even on a Friday afternoon going around to one of the solicitors and banging on the closed door as they had stopped answering their phone. I never thought I'd say this about an estate agent, but they earned every penny of their fee and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

one word about Alice Cutting from Chancellors Witney.. She is very helpful, trustworthy and open minded person. Me and my wife really like her and how she helped us to choose our beautiful property. But head office was absolutely not ready for our Moving Day and release the keys. We lost 6 hours waiting because they were collecting documents on this day. Shock! Unprofessional. So...
