GoogleVery friendly with a fully guided tour followed by plenty of time to explore more ourselves. Anwsered every question possible and organised for a call back when they had found out the answers to any of the questions they didn’t have the answers for too.

GoogleWhat a relief to buy a property through the Witney Branch of Chancellors, after a terrible experience with another estate agent left me back to square one and with a huge solicitor's bill. Kirsty arranged informative viewings, dealt with the negotiations, and kept me well informed throughout the purchase. The branch ensured everything stayed on track, and I was able to move in before Christmas. Couldn't be happier.

GoogleGot the waste experience ever. After asking about the priority fee for a house that costs 1600£ and being told you have to earn 60000£ to get it. Never interested in me asking why was it so high. Very disappointed in the service l experienced and the next thing the house is gone.

She even picks up where some of her colleagues in the central team fall down. This is the second property Kirsty has sold for me. 6* both times and would use again if I ever sell again. She worked relentlessly, especially as the chain became quite complex later on, and made sure that we were all kept up to date with what was happening further up the chain. GoogleContacted by Rebecca after I had told Chancellors 4 times in the past not to ever contact me again. These people are like a dog with a bone. As soon as they got my details they will *not* stop emailing and phoning me about letting my property through them. Their internal systems are a disaster. Plenty of good estate agents out there. Would avoid Chancellors at all costs.
