I went today at Witney office to know about a property that I see online, and evebody was too busy to give me some attention, the receptionist even asked any details to be contacted later, she just told me to call for someone and booking an appointment, but there are plenty of people there that could help me. I went there because the good reviews, but it doesn't work to me. I croosed the street and finding a good customer experience in other real state. Feeling disappointed really.

I recently sold my flat in Witney and Kirsty was the agent. Right from when I was choosing an estate agent for the job I had no hesitation after I met with Kirsty. Her knowledge was second to none and was definitely a cut above the rest. It was an easy decision to make. I achieved a fantastic price for the flat and this was definitely down to Kirsty's selling techniques. We have had an excellent experience with Chancellors letting our house in Witney. Steve Sadler is the consummate professional and set out for us the various options that we had at each stage. It is worth saying that we interviewed three agents before appointing Chancellors and we did not go with the agent that quoted the highest rent per month. Ashleigh Swales is worthy of particular mention as she kept moving the process forward without having to be prompted by us. Our views were sought at each stage in the process ie building works, selecting tenants, references, draft tenancy, disclosures, inventory etc. Ashleigh followed this up with the necessary paperwork for an early letting to our new tenants. The staff in Chancellors are friendly and very helpful. As a first time buyer I was finding it difficult to get on the property ladder, Kirsty made it very easy and enjoyable to look into my options. Through a very stressful time of buying Kirsty was there, either on the end of the phone or in the office to help. The communication from Kirsty was brilliant any update or issues was highlighted quickly. Thank you so much for getting me through, I have now moved in to my own flat!!

I knew buying a house would be stressful but it seemed like we had a run of bad luck throughout the 6 months it took from starting to look to finding somewhere. Kirsty was fantastic, after getting gazumped (more than once!) and missing out on multiple houses because we had a chain. She made it her mission to find us a house and her mission is complete! We were kept in the loop every step of the way with phone calls most days. I'd definitely recommend Chancellors to anyone who is looking to buy/sell. Thanks Kirsty :)

The only estate agents to go to if you want to a) sell your property using one of the most high profile agents in this area and b) receive a great professional and informative service. We initially chose Chancellors after viewing a property through them (which we have since moved to). Right from the outset I was hugely impressed with the service. Pictures (one of the most important tools for marketing your property in my view) are taken by professional photographers rather than an estate agent with a camera phone and a shaky hand. Proofs for the internet listing/card brochures are sent for authorisation before uploading/printing, and a phone call is received not only to arrange a suitable viewing time if a lead is received, but also afterwards to confirm how it went. I've heard some horror stories of other agents (who shan't be named) turning up with clients without first arranging, stringing people on in order to keep business etc but I'm pleased to say there is absolutely none of this with Chancellors. The guys are hugely professional, will work tirelessly and are completely committed to getting the best for your property. I don't envisage moving again any time soon (twice in 3 years has aged me by a decade!) but if I ever had to I would have no hesitation in going straight to Chancellors to sign on the dotted line, or indeed recommending to anyone to do so. Whilst Chancellors may be a tad more premium when compared to other companies, the age old saying of you get what you pay for applies; and what extra you pay will ultimately result in a quicker turnaround for the sale of your property. Thanks again Andy, Luke and especially Simon - you guys are awesome! We will definitely be keeping in touch.

In selling my house Chancellors Estate Agents provided an excellent service which was well worth the fee they charged. There was almost no need for me to be involved in the process of marketing my house as this and the many viewings, was all taken care of by Chancellors. The house sold quickly considering the current market. At the 11th hour there was also an issue further down the chain that could have prevented the sale, however Chancellors got involved and were instrumental in ensuring that all sales proceeded on the day of exchange of contracts. I would happily use them again for house sales within Witney.

Generally very good, I had a few problems with staff issues at the beginning not due to anyones fault just due to some unfortunate accidents people had had. Robyn then took over the case and from there we had very good communication and her patience in dealing with the seemingly never ending problems was appreciated, we managed to sell and get to completion in 6 months largely thanks to Robyn taking charge and pushing this through for us.

Having left my phone number and email address to view a property TWICE and being told they will ring me back, they have not contacted me after nearly a week!! People who SELL through this company should be made aware that they are not sending potential buyers to view your property. All they have done is add me to their mailing list which I DID NOT consent to. I have unsubscribed myself from this.
