We cannot recommend Chancellors, and especially Ella, highly enough. She truly worked her socks off to get both our sale and purchase through, and we are so grateful for everything she did. It was such a pleasure dealing with her, she genuinely cared, which made all the difference especially as it was quite tricky at times. Ella arranged multiple visits to the house for us and, despite my many emails and calls, she was always so lovely, patient, and kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Her professionalism and calm approach kept us going when things got tricky, and we honestly don’t think we could have managed it without her. I also want to mention the rest of the sales negotiators at Chancellors, who were always so pleasant and happy to help whenever Ella was out on a viewing. The whole team made the experience so much smoother. My only slight suggestion for improvement would be to just cut out communication from the head office team. The communication from the Witney office was much nicer.

She really understood my criteria I gave her and came up with some great options, and continued to look for me for anything that came out making it so much easier for me as a first time buyer. Choosing Chancellors as our property manger was the worst misstake of our lives. The stress it caused me and husband was terrible! Issues where- the property had mold and needing dealing wuth asap. A year later and constant phone calls to Chancellors and nothing was done in . We ended up sorting it our selves. There was constant change over in staff so we had no continuity. We decided to end our contract. Then we harassed repeatedly by Chancellors for a finders fee in which I told them several times that we came with tennants in situ ! I now with a small local rental company in Corn street and my rental is stress free again.

I contacted several estate agents to ask for valuations for my property and Chancellors in Witney were the ones I felt knew their market the best and understood who my property would appeal to. Cameron, Ella and Julietta have all been excellent throughout the process, prompt to ask for further information to help them pitch my property and provide feedback and have kept me up to date. We met Ella who welcomed us to the property with a warm and bubbly introduction. She was clearly informed about the dwelling, it’s history and the situation of the owners. We were shown around and given the main features of each room as we navigated the property. It was a fantastic experience compared to other estate agents who we’ve met up with recently who didn’t talk, guide or give much of a review of the property.
