During viewings, B&B were certainly more professional than other estate agents in the Witney area. As first time buyers, we found the process relatively straight forward and appreciated unprompted explanations at certain points. We also appreciated receiving information from the seller via the estate agent informally as this was significantly quicker than via the solicitor. GoogleMy husband and I purchased a house at the end of last year with Abbeymill via Breckon & Breckon. We dealt with Jeremy from the beginning. He was nothing but helpful offering viewing time’s that suited our work pattern even though he lived some way from the site. Jeremy was also very kind (and patient!) with our two little boisterous boys on viewings and would bring games for them to play with. He was always prompt in responding to queries and never came across as pushy like many other agents I have dealt with in the past. Being a new build the exchange needed to happen quite quickly and Jeremy was always on hand to help make a stressful period go smoothly as possible, like helping resolve a challenge we had with the bathroom rather than leaving me to deal with the developers on my own. On moving in day, Jeremy had kindly got us cards and gifts including two for my boys which I thought was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend Breckon & Breckon and Jeremy in particular.

GoogleWe were a part of a complicated chain. We viewed a home in Witney, Oxon in February and fell in love with the property. To move forward, we needed to put our two houses on the market. John had them online and live with professional photographer within the space of a week. We very quickly had viewings (10~) within a week and moved to offer stage within a month. John supported us thinking through the offers we received and the offer we made. I found him to be a great source of guidance throughout the entire process and cannot recommend him enough. We also partnered with Alex, who sold one of our houses and did several viewings and he was consistently supportive, contactable and open. I found the group whatsapp chat useful, quick, and easy to communicate. If we were to sell again, we would definitely use B&B.

GoogleI used Breckon and Breckon after meeting their photographer, Can, who was doing some great brochure photos for a friend.
The process of getting the house on the market was smooth thanks to Julia and Alicia, and the team were very professional, with attention to detail. Following a few well-organised viewings, I had an offer at asking price.
The team worked tirelessly in what turned out to be a more involved chain due to an overseas lender. The information between solicitors was sparse and sometimes just absent. Breckon filled all the gaps and kept the chain together.
So huge thanks to Danielle, Sarah and branch manager John for sustained efforts to get this over the line (today!).
