Wow, thank you so much for your very, very kind words. As much as John and his team at Breckon & Breckon Witney have made your dream come true, you've probably done the same for us. The problems down the chain were not of your doing but you showed great patience and understanding whilst John whipped the other transactions (and agents!) into place. Our client was getting frustrated, that is true, but as John made sure he knew everything about every link, including the financial arrangements of other buyers, he managed to persuade them to hold on. Our clients, (the previous owners) were also very, very patient when many others would have given up! We recently moved the people into the house next door to you, and some very close family friends of mine live just opposite you.
