She has taken care of all the little details that can become stressful and all the big ones to make the let painless. Natalie secured tennant in the first week . GoogleI would like to advise customers using Leaders to check the contract that the sign very carefully especially the section where they say they will share your personal details with companies such as Spark Energy. I was caught out with this. I did not think they would give them my private email and mobile number and hook me up to Spark without my consent. That said the staff were very good and Natalie sorted our tenancy out despite some problems. I don't have issue with Leaders at all in this area but they have a relationship with Spark Energy and would advise anyone letting through them to read the contract more carefully than I do and question them around sharing personal information with providers such as Spark

GoogleThroughout our move, we were guided by Kai & Rhys, both were proficient and quick to respond through their email communication. My questions were dealt with sharply, and they were both friendly upon meeting at viewings. The initial viewing through to our offer being accepted was all completed and signed off within a few hours of each other - which made for a relaxed process (as relaxed as moving can be), which also means I now have no hesitations or qualms taking any query I may have to them in the future. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleMy wife and I dealt with Natalie at Leaders Witham when finding our new tenancy. Natalie was very helpful and kept us constantly up to date regarding the referencing process and movements before we moved and then dealing with the few issues that arose once we moved. I would happily recommend Leaders Witham and Natalie in particular if/when looking for property in the Witham area.

GoogleWords can't describe how awful this lot are they only want your money and if you rent they never get back to you when theres a problem and then they slap on a hefty "clean up price" at the end of your tenancy pulling a big sum out of the air trying to claw in every last penny out of you before your gone
