Amy, Danny & Jack were superb from start to finish, after walking in to the Witham office we were greeted by a very friendly team who made us a cup of tea, something we didn't get at any of the other agents, they took their time in finding out our requirements that we needed and then matched us to our dream home. The process was quick and we had regular updates throughout until we picked up our keys. If we could leave more than 5 stars we would!! Amy made a scary experience very enjoyable. Leaders Witham were great finding us our first home. The service was fantastic from start to end. We firstly dealt with Amy who managed to get us viewings to suit around our schedule, Amy was very welcoming and informative. She made us feel at ease from the start. We then started dealing with Danny when put the offer in on the property. We have been well informed the whole time and they have chased everything for us. We have been kept up to date with everything and the house has gone through a lot quicker than we could have hoped for. We are over the moon and could not recommend Leaders enough.

Brilliant estate agents!! Highly recommended. We called looking to view a particular property however an offer was made whilst they were waiting to hear from the seller. They then asked what we required from a property and found us one 10 times better than the one we first looked to view and something we never thought would be possible within our budget. Jack was amazing showing us round the property and Danny the sales manager was in constant contact with us keeping us updated every step of the way. Happy to say we picked up the keys to our first family home yesterday and looking forward to spending our first Christmas there!!

Just rented a property from Leaders. I dealt with and spoke to Kai from start to finish. I cannot recommend her or the agents enough. Kai was so so helpful from viewing to picking up the keys. She was quick to deal with any questions and sort paperwork. Ours was not the easiest of applications to arrange yet she was always on hand to help. Best customer service i have ever recieved from an estate agents and in love with our new home ready for our new start! Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service and communication from Leaders in Witham. All appointments were booked quickly, photos were amazing professional quality that i'm convinced helped get so many quick viewings after going on the market. Russell, Martina and Wendi were very honest and direct even in situations where anyone else could fabricate information to acquire business. They also made a great effort to look after my buyer as well and also took care of situations which of they were neither responsible or obligated to. Highly recommend for both purchasing and selling.
