GoogleKai was lovely from the viewing to receiving the keys - friendly service straight forward - moving is so stressful so not having any from the agent is a bonus - I'd recommend calling Kai if you're looking to rent a property !

GoogleBest estate agency there is! Alex, Rhys and the others were extremely helpful, kind and professional at the same time throughout the entire process. Thanks to them I've found my first amazing apartment for what I'm really grateful. If you're looking for a new place for yourself I highly recommend you go to Leaders!

GoogleIf you want to sell your house with Leaders of Witham I would think very carefully.They never have enough staff to man there office and most times on Saturday they are shut

GoogleAvoid! Asked leaders to carry out some work and was not installed properly or the device was faulty and they wouldn’t fix the work. After 4 months of asking I gave up and I have not received a refund after asking. I was also a tenant with leaders and on the inventory when moving in the garden he stated weeds after I moved out I then got charged a garden fee for weeds. My wife is a professional cleaner and they also tried to claim for a cleaning charge but stating the property didn’t need a deep clean, the landlord said that it was ok but i wasn’t happy about the £375 bill I could of had that was quoted by leaders.
