GoogleWonderful lettings Agents. Kai said she would move us and she kept to her word, delivered on exactly what she said, proved she could be trusted. The viewing was very funny, Kai couldn't have been more helpful. Very informative and helpful with human equivalent measurements. Shes not afraid to get stuck in. We had s good laugh as well, such a relatable character as well. Leaders also introduced themselves properly. My go too people for maintenance and management made themselves known. Very friendly . All in all it has been fantastic. settled in nicely and loving it. The office as a whole are lovely people. Putting up with my crazy antics. Couldn't reccomend Leaders highly enough 5*, tell a friend.

GoogleFantastic team!! We got in touch to let our first property and was rather clueless to begin with. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge they brought to the table and after a quick, concise meeting we immediately knew who we wanted to manage our property. These guys were definitely not reading from a script! The service was amazing with follow up calls at the beginning and end of each week to let us know how the viewings had gone and with help from the professional photographer we had a tenant within 8 days! We hope the service continues to be as impressive for many years to come.

GoogleI have used Leaders for a number of years when letting out my properties. They have always been very professional and friendly. On the latest occasions I have been dealing with both Rhys and Kai for the first time and they have certainly proved to be as helpful as ever. They are always available and willing to answer my often silly queries, but best of all have found great tenants and kept me up to speed at all time through the process. I highly recommend their services.

Dear Curtis, That's a real shame to hear this. The team work very hard to ensure that all enquires are serviced accordingly. The market moves exceptionally quickly currently, nevertheless, we always try and contact every enquiry, even if this is out of courtesy to let the applicant know the property is sadly unavailable. I have searched all of our enquires and I cant find a record of you. If you can please call the office on 01375 521522, and we can take your full details and ensure you are alerted to any properties that match your criteria. Please accept our sincere apologies, and we look forward to hopefully speaking to you soon. Chris - Branch Manager

GoogleGreat service, professional yet friendly and can honestly say nothing has been too much trouble. My partner and myself have been looking for a new rental, Kai Bourne at Leaders has been absolutely brilliant, so kind and attentive. She really has gone above and beyond with regards to finding us potential properties and baring us in mind with upcoming properties and really has been understanding, supportive, proactive and patient with us whilst viewing numerous rental properties. We finally found our perfect property recently and Kai has honestly made the entire process so easy and stress free and we are beyond grateful for that, nothing has been too much trouble and we would definitely recommend herself and Leaders.
