GoogleLiving in Witham I wanted to work alongside a local estate agent and as I purchased my property from Rachael at Harrt estate agents previously I decided to sell my property with her also, I would say Rachael has kept me fully up to date on all viewings and there comments and suggestions to quickern the sale. As I work long hours I let Rachael know that I would not always be available for viewings and she was very helpful showing clients personally around whilst I was not there, I am very happy with the way Harrt has marketed my property and Rachael has supported me through out this journey who will be recommended to family members in the area.

GoogleMy wife and I were looking to buy our first home and looked to Haart Witham. Chloe managed to find us several houses to look at that matched all of our requirements and she seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the entire process and helped us throughout our search. Unfortunately, the house we found was on with a different agent and so weren't able to go through the whole process but we were happy with the experience we had in searching for a property with Haart Witham and Chloe.

GoogleWe're in the process of buying our first home, and the service we've received from Haart has been brilliant from the start. When we went in, we were recommended a number of properties to view, including one we hadn't even considered. That one just happened to be the one we fell in love with, and we're now in the process of buying an amazing first home!
We have been dealing with Chloe throughout the process who has been excellent. Her knowledge of the area and her commitment to the job has meant the process has been flawless. I'm assuming she does sleep, but having emails replied to in the early hours whilst showing us around houses at night would lead you to believe otherwise. We were certainly very greatful for her help.
I would also like to thank their excellent in house mortgage advisor (Laura), for which her help and advice for first time buyers like us was extremely helpful.

I took her advice and looked at properties that I didn't think I would like but low and behold I liked them. The team was totally committed from the initial meeting to discussing my requirements to the photographic sessions, and the marketing and the handling of the viewings. Everyone in the team is a star but the lynchpin of the whole process is Chloe who understood my emotions and reasons for selling, who is always there to listen and advise and provide a handhold when needed.

GoogleIn the past week I have been to see 3 properties with Rachael. I found her to be very friendly and welcoming, without being pushy. She was able to answer all my questions I had about each property, either at the time or straight after via email.
Rachael had a lovely balance of being professional but also making me feel relaxed looking at houses and flats as a first time buyer. I also found her to be courteous in gaining my feedback on the properties and quickly arranged a second viewing for one of the properties when requested.
Whilst I have now found another property, I would not hesitate to contact Rachael in the future to help me with my property search.

They brand themselves as being able to “sell houses to buyers that do not know they want to buy!!!”
Ridiculously high commission and rude staff.
