FacebookUnfortunately my experience with Haart witham was not a good one! Not only did they loose our buyers because their broker gave them false insurence information, but they also allowed them to view other properties without informing us. We had taken our house off the market and instructed our solicitor to start work on the sale as we believe everything was moving forward. Our house was then put back on the market with Haart as we were stuck in a 20 week contract, they continued to send every tom dick and harry round to view because thats what its about apparently. Once our 20 week contract has finished we changed our agent to a small local company who charged alot less and done an amazing job at selling our house, the photos they took may not have been as good as Haart but the staff were alot more caring and helpful. After 6 weeks with the new agent i got a call from Haart to say they has someone interested in my house, so even though i had a sole contract with another agent they were still telling their customers about it DISGUSTING! Be very careful when you choose an agent and dont sign a long contract like we did BIG MISTAKE

GoogleAn estate agent that pulls out all the stops just as you need them! Lorraine and Charlotte at Witham Haart, I couldn't recommend enough! Lovely ladies who dealt with my 100's of phone calls on the shortest deadline and came out the other side with a success. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't of been able to move my young family into our first house and I am deeply grateful. They did jobs that weren't there own and made it there priority which as a customer always makes you feel like you've made the right choice with an agent which can be a tricky. FacebookI should have left it this time last year and should have written a full review, I am sorry. Let's try it now, better later than never. We bought our house in Witham through Haart and it was the most stressful time of our lives, it took 5 months and 5 days as the seller went away and left her son to deal with the sale, we ended up exchanging and completing on the same day, 3 days before the bank's deadline for our mortgage. And during all this time, I made probably hundreds of calls, wrote hundreds of emails, panicked and panicked and panicked but two people were always there to listen to me and to answer patiently to all my queries, they never complained about me pestering them every single day and always did their best to solve any single problem. And they are Mark and Elena, I hope they still work with you and you pay them well :) cause they do a great job! Very professional, very helpful, always returning my calls and emails, always chasing things for me, I couldn't be more pleased with the services we got. Thank you for all your assistance during those mad 5 months, a year on we are very happy in our new home, looking forward to Christmas. A very merry Christmas to all of you at Haart Witham and a happy new year!

GoogleHaart Witham have been incedible from start to finish. I was originally on with another agent in Witham Who couldnt sell my home. Rachael knocked on my door and asked if haart could help. I did not regret this decision. They sold my home very quickly and I chose to go with their recommend solicitors who have also been fantastic. I particularly appreciated that haart staff kept in regular contact with me to check how my search was going, and were proactive at chasing for updates and liaising with the solicitors on my behalf.
