We had the best experience with Stephanie from Haart. We had a bit of a nightmare with time frames due to solicitors however Steph couldn’t do enough for us and even managed to organise for us to exchange, complete and move all on the same day! We really can’t thank her enough. If we ever sell/buy again we would 100% want Steph on our team!

I called in looking for a flat and Rachel offered me a seat and made me a coffee. Although I have not bought or sold through Haart Witham, I have been dealing with Rachael Desouza and can say what a fantastic member of staff she is! Nothing is ever too much hassle, I even had her walking round 6/7 different flats at one point and never put an offer in on any of them, but still went over and above to help me as much as she could! Emailing me out of hours trying to help find my perfect home! The customer service that she provides is second to none and is an absolute credit to Haart! Based solely on Rachael, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending her or Haart Witham!

Solomon really went above and beyond in assisting with our search. Whilst most agents gave us a simple "we'll let you know if anything comes up", Solomon called me once a week to update us on what he had actively been doing to assist and to find out if circumstances had changed. He physically went looking for somewhere to fit our requirements rather than waiting for it to come to him. We are actually now purchasing through another agent but are extremely grateful for Solomon's efforts and should we ever be searching again in the future we would be sure to give him a call! He was by far the most conscientious and communicative agent we spoke to.

If I could rate this lady 6 stars then she would get them from me. I have worked closely with chole for a while and she was always very quick to tell me when she had a new property come to the market that suited my needs. I fell in love with one but it was in the end the wrong location for me in great totham and couldn't make it work for my children. She was very professional through the whole process, always smiling and making me laugh. Understood what I wanted and is a shame I found elsewhere. She didn't mind that I was sometime late due to work and always went above and beyond to work around me. If and when I come to selling one of my properties in the future Haart is where I am heading and even more so to Chloe for the service she provides.

I am gutted to start with that I never found a house through Chloe at Haart. She was so proactive, she called me every time a new property came to the market and she knew exactly what I was after. She went canvassing for me and made a leaflet as I was looking for something that doesn't offen come to the market. She had a fantastic and fun personality and it always came across that she wanted to help me. We spoke as if we had know each other years. She is definitely one of a kind in the field of work she does, isn't pushy and let me go at my own pace. If you are looking for a home in Witham then please call Chloe and introduce yourself as there isn't really anyone else that will care the way she does. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Chloe and she impressed me from the get go. She was so prepared for her viewings with me, with all of the lease information and extra bits she thought I should know. We completed our sale with Haart Witham last weekend, I cannot thank the team enough. Unfortunately we had a bit of a delay in the chain which Haart worked tirelessly to resolve for us. The problem was not a Haart sale however it became clear that the other Estate Agent's "dedicated progressions team" were anything but dedicated to progressing! Haart kept us fully informed throughout. I dealt with pretty much every member of staff at the branch and found them all to be personable yet professional and capable of assisting us. The branch retains a local estate agent feel built through the staff attitude and local knowledge.

I am extremely happy with the service and support received from Haart estate agents, in particular from Lorraine. She was very helpful from start to finish and was always on hand to take a call and assist with any queries. She always chased solicitors when requested to do so and always provided us with updates. The other staff at Haart were also very helpful and would always assist when Lorraine wasn't available and provide us with updates, as well as pass on any messages. I would definitely recommend Haart and I am grateful for all the help received and all the work they have put in to get our transaction to completion.

Ryan Edwards in the Witham branch of Haart has been so helpful during my search over the summer for a house. He has been in contact with me each time a new suitable property came on the market and never wasted my time once he knew what exactly I was looking for, even though there are very few properties coming up for sale in the area. I was about to make a big mistake and go with another agent in another area which I wasn't really happy with but Ryan saved the day and found the perfect house for me just in time, and I am now in the process of purchasing and looking forward to moving in to my house in Witham.
